Academic contacts/collaboration, developing teacher network, find new ways for student engagement, mapping competences and needs for launching a new CESID activities.

• launching and regular updating CESID courses (content and teaching methods + structure) based on on top-level material in climate change, considering a new competencies and needs towards sustainable developing;
• extension the platforms (student enrolment, digi-campus, etc), pedagogical development;
• promoting academic collaboration around climate change and sustainability topics, develop teacher network, find new ways for student engagement;
• realising international collaboration strategy with EU and 3rd country universities; 
• preparation meetings, agreements, annual meetings, internal communications, network development 
• societal collaboration with public, private and citizen sector organisations, as well as searching for funding opportunities
